SBM Labs experiences and interactive demonstrations are conceptual or front-end prototypes unless explicitly described as deployed systems. They are provided to demonstrate product thinking and interface behaviour.

Information generated through the project scoping flow is indicative only. Final scope, pricing, timelines, integrations and deliverables require direct assessment and written agreement.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the SBM name, brand assets, website design, written content and original demonstrations are owned by or used with permission of SBM ConTech Industries.

5. External services

The website may link to or use external platforms such as email, WhatsApp, Instagram and form processing providers. SBM is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.
