Information entered into the project scoping experience is used to structure your enquiry and provide SBM with context for a follow-up discussion. The recommendation shown in the browser is a rules-based starting point and is not a final technical quotation or professional assessment.

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, improve our services and maintain business records relevant to our relationship with you.

4. Form processing

The website currently uses a third-party form processing service to transmit project and contact submissions. Your submission may therefore be processed by that service according to its own privacy and security practices.

5. LAEL assistant and voice

LAEL’s built-in site guide processes typed questions and replies in your browser without saving a chat history on this website. If AI chat is enabled, the text of your current conversation is sent to our AI service provider to generate a reply. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Spoken replies use the voices available in your browser or device. If you choose microphone input, your browser may use a speech recognition service to transcribe your audio; the website receives the resulting text. You can use LAEL by typing without turning on voice or microphone access.
